- Technical and managerial troubleshooting and resolution of problems within the manufacturing process
- Ceramic expertise in the development, processing and control of clay body and glazes over a wide range of body types including; stoneware, porcelain and vitreous and porous earthenware
- Expertise in the design and implementation into production of new products and of decorative techniques
- Evaluation of production personnel training requirements and design and implementation of training programs, including specific hands-on training
