A ceramic specialist with a wide-base experience at international level in tableware, cookware, giftware, sanitaryware or tiles manufacturing who can provide consultant services for one or more of the following areas:
- Project planning and management of ceramic manufacturing plants from green-field site to full production operation, or modernisation/development of existing plants and processes
- Technical and managerial troubleshooting and resolution of problems within production processes
- Ceramic expertise in the development, processing and control of clay body and glazes over a wide range of body types including, stoneware, porcelain, vitreous earthenware, porous earthenware, dolmite and terracotta
- Expertise in the design and implementation into production of new products and decorative techniques, including liason with industrial designers and product buyers to satisfy marketing needs
- Evaluation of production personnel training requirements, hands-on training of the workforce and implementation of training programs into plant operations
- Design and implementation of quality control procedures and standards throughout the manufacturing operation
- Design, implementation and policing of production orientated control documentation
